Registration Policies: Full conference registrations include topical program, Welcome Reception, exhibits, refreshment breaks. One day registrations receive the same as full conference registrations on registered day only. Student Nonmember price includes one-year student membership to ASNT. Proof of Enrollment required. Detach or photocopy form and mail to ASNT Conference Department, 1711 Arlingate Lane, PO Box 28518, Columbus, OH 43228-0518; phone: 614.274.6003; fax: 614.274.6899. Payment must accompany form. Forms received without payment will not be processed. ASNT does not accept foreign currency. All registration fees must be drawn in U.S. funds through U.S. banks.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Registrations cancelled in advance of 30 calendar days from the first scheduled day of the topical are subject to a $75 service charge. No refunds will be made within 30 days of the first scheduled day of the topical. “No-Shows” (no formal cancellation) are not entitled to a refund.
