2007 Winner Fred W. Klock

Fred Klock is the owner of Klock NDT, a consulting service in Roslyn, Pennsylvania, which he has operated since its founding in 2004. As a consultant, Klock manages personnel qualification programs, teaches NDT courses and performs Level III services.
