Faculty Grant information sheet (PDF)

The Faculty Grant is used to fund the revision or development of the NDT curriculum in an accredited engineering school.

Eligibility Requirements	Engineering faculty which is accredited by ABET or its equivalent with an engineering program
Form of Award	$8000 per award, up to two awards per year. Funds to develop or revise NDT courses
Application Notices Out	1 September; headquarters sends announcements
Application Deadline	1 December (ASNT office is closed Saturdays and Sundays); no more than one proposal per faculty member will be considered annually.
Materials Submitted	Written report
Winner Announced	After Spring Research Symposium
Funds Received	50% awarded at start (in May); 25% upon filing final report; 25% on report approval
Award Received	Fall Conference
