The Research Recognition for Innovation recognizes highly distinguished individual breakthroughs in research in the field of NDE/NDT within the past five years.

Eligibility

Nominees must have contributed to a breakthrough in NDE/NDT research made within five years of the date of nomination, such as when a patent was issued, a publication was released, or a recognition granted.

Nomination

Nominations must consist of:

A letter detailing the breakthrough and contributions of the nominee
Curriculum Vitae
2 letters of support

Self-nominations will not be accepted.

The Awards and Honors Council evaluates all nominations.

Award Timeline

The recipient will be notified following the ASNT Annual Conference
