Abstract Submission Process
Prospective presenters are requested to submit 250-word abstracts online. Submission Deadline: 1 February 2017.Abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee and those accepted will be scheduled in the program. Upon acceptance, additional instructions will be emailed to the presenting author regarding presentation details and instructions for preparing a paper summary for the Conference proceedings.

Free Airport Shuttle Instructions
Complimentary Sea-Tac Airport Shuttle Service runs 24-hours a day, located at the SeaTac International Airport.
- From the baggage claim area, go up the escalator to the Skybridge.
- Cross the Skybridge into the parking lot garage.
- Take the down escalator/elevator to the 3rd floor.
- Walk back towards the airport to the Courtesy Shuttle Area.
- The kiosk phones are located between islands 1 & 3.
- Dial #8 for the Doubletree Guest Suites Seattle Southcenter.
Important note: Be sure to get on the smaller shuttle van for the DoubleTree at Southcenter and not the large buses for the DoubleTree at the airport. Vans are 10 passenger vans with the letter “A” posted in the window. Return shuttles should be scheduled with front desk.
