ASNT to Attend the 6th Pan-American Conference of Non-Destructive Testing

The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, Inc. (ASNT), the world’s largest technical society dedicated to the advancement of nondestructive testing (NDT), will be attending and exhibiting at the 6th Pan-American Conference Of Non-Destructive Testing (PANNDT) in Cartagena City, Colombia on 12-14 August 2015. 

Located in booth B37a, ASNT staff will be providing information for all attendees about ASNT certification programs including the ASNT NDT Level III, Level II, IRRSP, and ACCP programs; membership options; reference and resource material; and more ways to connect with the Society. 

Additionally, ASNT President Terry Clausing, Vice-President Kevin Smith, and Executive Director Dr. Arny Bereson will take part in the proceedings, attending various meetings and events.

“We have important members and corporate partners throughout the Americas and it’s important to build relationships in forums like these,” said Dr. Bereson. “We’re eager to attend the PANNDT conference and we welcome those attending to visit with us and learn more about ASNT.”

The Pan-American Conference of Nondestructive-Testing is hosted by the Colombian Association of Welding and Nondestructive Testing (ACOSEND) and provides opportunities for individuals and organizations to enrich their knowledge in technology, development and applications, gaining in the exchange of knowledge in a global environment.


The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, based in Columbus, Ohio, is an international technical society with over 15,000 members that provides a forum for exchange of NDT technical information; NDT educational materials and programs; and standards and services for the qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
