The program for NDE/NDT for Structural Materials Technology for Highways and Bridges is now available online. This important topical conference, being held 25-27 August, 2014 in Washington D.C., will touch upon issues critical to inspecting infrastructure.
Keynote Speaker, Butch Waidelich, from Federal Highway Administration, will open the conference on Monday, 25 August, with his address, “The Use of Sensing Technology and Applications to Improve the State of Good Repair of the United States Highway Infrastructure.”
“This conference is not just for those in the infrastructure sector,” said Betsy Blazar, ASNT Interim Executive Director. “With the universal concern for the failure of aging bridges and highways, knowing the latest research and methods for NDT of Structural Materials is valuable to everyone in nondestructive testing.”
