To ensure a productive and respectful environment for all participants, sponsors, and exhibitors at ASNT 2026, we have established the following no-solicitation policy for the event:
Prohibition of Unauthorized Solicitations
Attendees (other than sponsors or exhibitors) are prohibited from engaging in any form of solicitation, including but not limited to the distribution of promotional materials, periodicals, sales pitches, or fundraising activities.
Respectful Networking
While networking and relationship-building are encouraged, attendees must respect the boundaries of others. Aggressive or persistent solicitation is not permitted and may result in removal from the event.
Approved Sponsors/Exhibitors
Only official Sponsors and Exhibitors of ASNT 2026 are permitted to distribute materials and engage in sales activities. These participants will be clearly identified with appropriate badges. ASNT reserves the right to audit the attendee list and contact those in violation.
Enforcement
Any attendee found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to action, which may include removal from the conference without a refund. ASNT reserves the right to take further action if necessary.
Reporting Violations
Attendees are encouraged to report any violations of this policy to ASNT staff immediately. All reports will be handled confidentially and promptly.
