The Company Innovation Award recognizes companies that demonstrate exceptional achievement in advancing nondestructive testing (NDT) technology. This award honors companies that drive innovation through the development, application, distribution, or implementation of technologies and/or products that enhance the effectiveness, reliability, and impact of NDT.
Eligibility
Nominated companies must have contributed to a verifiable significant innovation or breakthrough in NDT technology. Any NDT equipment manufacturer or distributor may be nominated regardless of company size, business model, or geographic location.
Selection
An in-depth evaluation will be conducted on the short list products, that may involve onsite inspections, interviews with the manufacturers to understand the innovation’s impact and relevance. A company may be nominated an unlimited number of times. No more than three companies shall be selected as recipients in a given year.
Nomination
Nominations may be submitted by ASNT members, employers, service providers, OEMs, distributors, or by self-nomination. All nominations shall be submitted electronically through the designated ASNT submission process. Each nomination must include:
A nomination letter identifying the company’s innovation, describing its significance, and explaining its impact on the field of NDT.
Supporting documentation such as proof of patents, field trial or pilot reports, case studies, and product showcases.
