To chart the course for ASNT's future, we plan to grow the NDT workforce, advance technology, and elevate our impact.

Vision 2035 is ASNT’s 10-year strategic plan, setting a clear long-term direction for advancing nondestructive testing and supporting the global NDT community. As NDT technologies, industries, and workforce needs evolve, Vision 2035 provides a stable, future-focused framework while staying flexible to emerging challenges and opportunities.

The plan is built around four objectives: workforce development and pathways, advancing NDT technology, leading international NDT alignment, and building organizational excellence. This framework strengthens the profession, expands engagement, and positions ASNT to lead with excellence and innovation.
