(Columbus, Ohio) The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Sigma Enterprises LLC aimed at expanding access to advanced nondestructive testing (NDT) training programs and technical workshops throughout the Gulf Region. This collaboration is focused on providing NDT professionals with access to globally recognized NDT knowledge, emerging technologies, best practices, and professional development opportunities.

"Through this collaboration ASNT and Sigma are advancing a shared commitment to expand access to world-class NDT education, standards, and technical skills development while building the skilled workforce needed to support the Gulf Region’s rapidly evolving industries,” said Paul Lang, ASNT Chief Global Strategy Officer.

By leveraging ASNT's international leadership in NDT standards, certification, and technical education, along with Sigma's strong regional expertise and industry presence, the partnership aims to address the growing demand for skilled NDT professionals across key industries including oil and gas, petrochemicals, power generation, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

The first phase of the partnership will focus on a new workshop series featuring hands-on instruction, practical applications, and opportunities for participants to gain experience applicable toward certification and recertification requirements. Additional details regarding workshop topics, schedules, and registration will be announced in the coming months.
