Ajay Pasupuleti is an entrepreneur and technology leader with over 20 years of experience in image processing, data management, archival systems, and applied artificial intelligence. He is the founder and CEO of Ooga Technologies, where he is developing digital platforms to strengthen the global NDT community, improve workflow efficiency, and preserve critical institutional knowledge as the workforce transitions. He has also spearheaded AI-driven initiatives, including agentic AI concepts to automate inspection workflows, enhance interpretation, and improve decision support for inspectors, engineers, and asset owners.

Ajay is also the co-founder of NanoArk Corporation, where he led large-scale efforts to modernize NDT records by converting more than 50 million industrial film radiographs into DICONDE-compliant digital assets, supporting aerospace, defense, oil and gas, and infrastructure industries. He believes emerging technologies can strengthen reliability, consistency, and trust in NDT outcomes.

Personal Statement

I am seeking to serve on the ASNT Board of Directors because I believe NDT must strengthen its visibility, expand the workforce pipeline, and lead the responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.

I have consistently advocated NDT beyond traditional circles, bringing its importance to innovation forums, venture audiences, and mainstream media. Through Advancements TV, a Bloomberg TV show, I helped introduce NDT to a national audience, highlighting its critical role in safety, infrastructure resilience, and advanced manufacturing.

As founder and CEO of Ooga Technologies, I have worked to modernize how the NDT community connects, shares knowledge, and prepares for the future.

I am equally committed to workforce development and am actively pursuing initiatives to introduce NDT workshops in high schools through strategic partnerships. I bring a global perspective, strong ethical grounding, and experience leading technology-driven organizations, and I would be honored to help guide ASNT’s advocacy, workforce, and AI-enabled digital future.
