Personal Statement
I seek to serve on the ASNT Board of Directors because I care deeply about the people who make this Society strong and the standards that guide our profession. Throughout my career, I have seen how thoughtful governance, ethical leadership, and active engagement directly support safety, professional growth, and public trust in nondestructive testing.
My ASNT service has focused on building connections across career stages and technical disciplines, supporting leadership development, and creating pathways that help members feel valued and invested in the Society.
As the nondestructive testing industry evolves to incorporate new technologies, including the responsible integration of data-driven tools and artificial intelligence, strong governance and sound judgment are essential. Board service allows me to apply my experience and perspective to help ASNT navigate these changes, support its members, and advance the profession in alignment with its long-term vision and priorities.
